We ship to the UK, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Orders for in-stock items are normally sent within 1 working-day (Mon-Fri) using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 (or 48) service.  A "shipped" notification e-mail is autmatically sent once your order is at the Post Office, usually around 4pm.  Prices are £3.75 (Tracked 48) and £4.85 (Tracked 24) for orders up to 2kg, with a slight increase for larger/bulkier orders.

Post Codes BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 may see an additional day in transit times so 24hr delivery can not be guaranteed.

Please note that if you specifically leave delivery instructions such as "if not in, please leave behind gate or with number 73" - it is your responsibility if the package goes missing after proof of delivery.

If you place an order and want to add more to it - the easiest thing to do is place another order and we'll combine into a single package with the 2nd postage cost refunded back to you.

Orders placed using "bank transfer" will reserve the stock for a maximum of 7 days.  In the event that an item is returned as "Address Not Known" or "Not Collected", there will be a further postage charge to re-deliver the item.  It is important that you check the accuracy of your address (especially the Post Code) - we copy/paste it for the mailing label.  If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative address (such as your workplace), this is fine - just add the "delivery" address during checkout.

We do not have any collection/demo facilities.

Sorry, but we no longer send parcels outside of the UK as posting items into Europe is not cost-effective for us (or you) so we've had to end this facility.

Out of Stock Items
Each item has a stock-level indicator allowing you to see how many we have available. If you see that the item is out of stock, please check the homepage before enquiring as some products have a rapid turnaround.  The checkout will NOT let you purchase if we don't have the stock available.
