Registration / Your Details
To place an order, you'll need to create a user account which allows you to keep track of your orders and save you filling your details in every time.  Multiple addresses are supported so if you need something sent to your place of work, that's no problem.  All we ask is that you ensure you enter your details correctly and properly formatted: Please use capital letters where necessary, and UK Post-Codes are formatted AA1 1AA, not AA11AA or aa11aa.  Remember, these details need to be read by Royal Mail in order to deliver your item!  Incorrect or poorly-entered details will be removed and your order cancelled.

We'll send you an automated registration confirmation as well as a separate order and payment e-mail - Upon shipping of your order, you'll get a notification along with a tracking number.  You can log in to your customer area to view the status of your order (and previous orders) at any time.

Delivery Method - UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland etc
Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are typically sent same-day via Royal Mail (tracking link).  Please note that our delivery charges vary by weight and apply per order:

The above rates are automatically calculated at checkout based-upon your shopping cart's weight - Some items (such as components) may be sent "Large Letter" so we'll make up the difference by giving you a 10% discount off your next order or including a small freebie.  We automatically send via the safest and quickest means to make the most out of the postage cost (Post Office Rates here) - very heavy/bulky items may be sent via Parcel Force "express24" if the costings are appropriate.

1st-Class is NOT "next day" delivery - Royal Mail's target is 93% of items so if you want guaranteed "next day" delivery (Mon-Fri), Royal Mail's Special Delivery is also available at £7 (to 1kg), £8 (1kg-2kg) and £10 (over 2kg) per order.  Orders placed using "bank transfer" and "cash on collection" for local events and club-nights will reserve the stock for a maximum of 7 days. We do not have any demo/showroom facilities.

We've recently enabled ordering for customers in Europe and to offer total peace of mind - a fully tracked+signed service is used.

We keep our prices as close to actual cost as possible - remember that we have to pack the item as well as post it!

Out of Stock Items
Each item has a stock-level indicator allowing you to see how many we have available. If you see that the item is out of stock, please e-mail us and we can give you an idea of how long it will take to order in (usually 2-3 days lead time). The checkout will NOT let you purchase if we don't have stock - this is simply for your peace-of-mind.
