Delivery Information

We ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe, Australia and United States of America.  Our shipping prices are kept as close to the actual cost as possible but we have to pack the item as well as post it.  If you think that the shipping price has been calculated incorrectly, please get in touch before completing your order.

You can find out the cost of shipping by adding items to your basket and using the "Estimate Shipping" option to see the available services.

Postage Rate Changes : Royal Mail postage rates have increased considerably and favour "small parcels up to 2kg" so this affects the lighter items we sell as you'll pay the same amount for a 3cm thick 751g envelope as a 15cm thick 1.99kg parcel.  We've added a slightly cheaper 2nd-Class "Signed" option.  We are not Amazon Prime.

During exceptionally busy times (eg: holiday/festive-season, local lockdown/restrictions etc) there may be additional postal delays outside our control.  Royal Mail offers a Service Update page on their website which updates daily to reflect any Post-Code delivery issues.

UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland etc
Orders for in-stock items are normally sent within 1 working-day using Royal Mail 1st-Class "Signed-For".

The above rates are automatically calculated at checkout based-upon your shopping cart's weight - We automatically send via the safest and quickest means to make the most out of the postage cost (Post Office Rates here) - very heavy/bulky items may be sent via Parcel Force "express24" if the costings are appropriate.  1st-Class post is not "next day" delivery.

Orders placed using "bank transfer" will reserve the stock for a maximum of 7 days.  In the event that an item is returned as "Address Not Known" or "Not Collected", there will be a further postage charge to re-deliver the item.  It is important that you check the accuracy of your address - we copy/paste it for the mailing label.

We do not have any collection/demo facilities.

Items to International destinations are sent tracked+signed to offer total peace of mind.

Very heavy/bulky items may be sent via UPS if the costings are appropriate.

Customs/VAT and Delayed Items
Although we welcome orders from countries within the EU (and beyond), there is the chance that you may have to pay a Customs Import Fee.  We add a customs declaration to all "non-UK" parcels - these are filled out as accurately as possible and, therefore, you may have to pay a customs/import charge your end based on a % value according to your local regulations.  There is no VAT on our products - we are not VAT registered.

Due to *everything* going on in the World right now, it's possible that there are sorting/customs/export issues which may affect some destinations differently.  Royal Mail deem an International item "lost" after 20 working days from posting.

Out of Stock Items
Each item has a stock-level indicator allowing you to see how many we have available. If you see that the item is out of stock, please check the homepage before enquiring as some products have a rapid turnaround.  The checkout will NOT let you purchase if we don't have the stock available.
