Your use (and the ordering of products) of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Personal Data : We collect some data from you when you place an order - Your name, address and telephone number will be stored on our secure server. These details are used for the purposes of your order (and an occasional marketing e-mail, if you have opted to receive them) and will not be passed to anyone else except for the purposes of delivering your order.  You may have your account/personal details removed at any time upon request - You will need to re-register to make a purchase.

Your details MUST be entered correctly, and formatted appropriately: Please use capital letters where necessary, and UK Post-Codes are formatted AA1 1AA, not AA11AA or aa11aa.  Remember, these details need to be read by Royal Mail in order to deliver your item.  Incorrect or poorly-entered details will be removed and your order cancelled.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your e-mail account accepts e-mails from us (order status, shipping notification etc) - accounts with missing, bouncing or incorrect addresses will be deleted.

Orders : We ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland and Europe.  We do not have any demo/showroom facilities.  We reserve the right to cancel+refund any unshipped order, eg: stock errors, incorrect shipping destination etc. In order to save paper, we do not include a paper invoice with your orders - these can be viewed (and printed, if necessary) via your customer area.

Payment : Payments are carried-out using Stripe which is a secure payment gateway - Most credit/debit cards are accepted.  Sorry, we don't accept PayPal.  If you opt to pay via Bank Transfer, our details will appear during checkout and they'll also be included in your order confirmation e-mail.  Items will be reserved for you for 7 days (after that, we'll cancel the order and return the stock to shop for others to buy).  Your payment details are not retained.

Shipping : Orders for in-stock items placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are usually sent within 1 working-day via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (tracking link) or International Tracked+Signed for items sent to Europe.

"Signed-For" also means that, if you ask us to, delivery staff can leave the item in a safe place - taking a picture of it for tracking purposes.  Please note that if you specifically leave delivery instructions such as "if not in, please leave behind gate or with number 73" then, should the item go missing - it is your responsibility if the package goes missing after proof of delivery.

We have to add a customs declaration to all "non-UK" parcels - these are filled out as accurately as possible and, therefore, you may have to pay a customs/import charge your end based on a % value according to your local regulations.  There is no VAT on our products - we are not VAT registered.

In the event that an item is returned as "Address Not Known", there will be a further postage charge to re-deliver the item.

Out of Stock Items : Each item has a stock-level indicator allowing you to see how many we have available. If you see that the item is out of stock, please e-mail us and we can give you an idea of how long it will take to order in (usually 2-3 days lead time). The checkout will NOT let you purchase if we don't have stock - this is simply for your peace-of-mind.

Refunds/Returns : If you wish to return an item for a "no-quibble" refund (within 14 days after you received the item, as per CCR) or replacement for a damaged/faulty item - please contact us and we'll arrange a refund/replacement.  A refund will be provided upon the satisfactory return of the goods. Please note that this does not apply to items that are made to order, have been modified specifically for you or, in the case of electronic items, modified via hardware/software (eg: firmware flashing, widebanding).
